Our Products All Zivara by Vimmi jewellery is handcrafted and may feature natural variations in stone colour, size and finish. These are not defects — they are the mark of genuine handmade craftsmanship. Product photos are as true to colour as possible, however slight variations may occur due to screen settings.
Orders & Payment All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Shipping We ship within New Zealand and Australia. Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery timeframes vary by location and courier. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes — these are the responsibility of the customer. Zivara by Vimmi is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Local Pickup — Auckland Free local pickup is available from our Auckland studio. Select Local Pickup at checkout and we will contact you at hello@zivara.co.nz within 24 hours to confirm a convenient collection time.
Returns & Refunds Please refer to our full Return Policy. In summary — we do not offer returns or exchanges on change of mind. Damaged in transit claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos sent to support@zivara.co.nz.
Intellectual Property All content on zivara.co.nz — including product photography, descriptions, branding and design — is the property of Zivara by Vimmi. It may not be reproduced, copied or used without written permission.
Privacy We collect only the information necessary to process your order and provide customer support. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
