At Zivara by Vimmi, every piece is individually quality-checked and carefully packaged before it leaves us. Because our jewellery is handcrafted, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
Damaged in transit? If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zivara.co.nz with clear photos of the item and packaging. We review every claim with care and, where applicable, offer a replacement or store credit.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Zivara by Vimmi cannot be held responsible for items lost or undelivered due to incorrect address details.
