Shipping policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
New Zealand Delivery We ship nationwide across New Zealand via tracked courier. Estimated delivery timeframes once dispatched:
- North Island — 2 to 3 business days
- South Island — 3 to 5 business days
Australia Delivery We ship to all Australian states and territories via tracked international courier. Estimated delivery timeframe once dispatched:
- Australia — 7 to 14 business days
Australian customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon arrival.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Local Pickup — Auckland Free local pickup is available from our Auckland studio. Select Local Pickup at checkout and we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a convenient collection time.
Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Orders Zivara by Vimmi is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing or incorrect address details provided at checkout.
